Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Master Data Management

In this role, we are looking for

a

MDM Specialist who will work closely with various stake holders to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for in appropriate categories accurately.

Responsibilities

Good knowledge and working experience on Vendor, Customer, Product and Hierarchy mapping domains

Executing MDM requests from different data domains,

Adhoc

request

and daily activities.

MIS reporting and proactively identifying data duplicates

Proactive data analysis and identify

need

to

data cleansing and enrichment.

Accurate and timely processing of activities within agreed TAT.

Perform Vendor, Customer, Product and Hierarchy mapping domain activities, running of different queries and reports, allocations, revaluation perform account reconciliation, handling client requests and Internal requests, process ad-hoc requests, providing supporting documentation for audit purposes etc.

Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc.

SOP documentation during KT and during BAU, capturing all the rules and exceptions in the process. This is an ongoing activity that demands good analytical and writing skills

Understanding of

the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific

norms

etc.

Become the "go-to" SME and proactive contributor on domain / process knowledge

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's /

Master's

degree

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

Effectively communicate in writing and verbally to

client

.

Experience in balancing customer facing role and work assessments.

Self-starter and have analytical, problem-solving skills

Relevant experience

Domain knowledge - Master Data Management

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

As a Master Data Specialist, you have completed a university degree/studies or equivalent education

You are well educated

in the area of

master data analysis with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance

Correspond with internal business departments and external business partners

SAP Ariba or SAP HANA knowledge is beneficial

You are proficient in working with MS Office (especially in Outlook, OneNote, Word and Excel)

Additionally, you have advanced experience in Excel

Knowledge of

considered an advantage

A high degree of motivation, excellent analytical and conceptual skills

Possess strong communication skills and a good sense of responsibility

Team player with strong analytical, cooperation and communication skills

Enjoyment working in a dynamic team

Very good English language skills

Reliability, structured approach, and independence characterize your strengths in working

Ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks is facilitated by your meticulous attention to detail

Analysing

and reporting metrics of master data to reduce customer data issues and improved customer data quality

in order to

ensure that teams follow and support customer data governance policies

Developing and improving business processes through tools, metrics to enable decision making

Good analytical skills, propose process improvement plans

Quality improvement is expected

Knowledge on SAP ERPs and workflow systems
