EDUCATION - Min Bachelors Degree, Mass Media or MBA- Marketing preferred
EXPERIENCE - min of 3-4 years with a min of 2 years in the Wellness/ Healthcare industry
BASIC REQUIREMENTS -
1. Strong copywriting and proof reading skills
2. Ability to think creatively, innovatively and independently for ad strategy
3. Experience in developing marketing plans for new product launches
4. Content writing for media - social media, ads, platforms, website etc
5. Experience with META and platform performance marketing
6. Experience in PR, event management and exhibitions;
7. Must have analytical skills for Meta, Ecomm and Google platforms;
8. Must be able to take lead and coordinate with the performance marketing agencies as well as UGC agencies
10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
a. To execute strategies for Acquisition and Retention of customers to achieve growth.
b. Website activities, Driving traffic to our website, conversion, and retention in collaboration with performance marketing teams, and E-commerce partners.
c. Ad campaigns and shoots for Ads for social media as well as E-comm platforms
d. To be able to work with the Retention team to increase the value of existing customers, to attract new customers through innovative and coordinated marketing campaigns.
e. Measure and optimize marketing activity to increase ROI.
f. Generate reports for inhouse social media, ads, retention marketing performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
