II. JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for complete branding, digital assets management and communication for the unit.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

• Plan and execute health awareness initiatives such as health check-up camps, OPD camps, RWAs programs, school/college outreach, and community health initiatives.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, market associations and NGOs for health talks, wellness programs, and medical check-ups.
• Identify high-potential residential pockets for outreach.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and medical teams for camp planning, scheduling, and staffing.
• Grow the patient funnel by OPDs, health screenings, and doctor consultations.
• Manage all communication and documentation for tie-ups and follow-ups.
• Coordinate printing and placement of standees, brochures, danglers, signage, hoardings, and display units.
• Ensure branding guidelines, medical compliance, and ethics code are followed.
• Track leads generated through outreach programs, health camps, and OPDs.
• Maintain daily MIS of Footfalls, Registrations, Leads forwarded to consultant OPDs & Conversions
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for: Activity performance, Budget utilization
• Lead conversions and ROI
• Coordinate with RWAs, corporates, mall authorities, municipal bodies for permission

Measurable Deliverables

• Ensuring brand guidelines.
• Ensuring regular meetings with doctors for breakthrough cases
• Ensuring timely closure of Media Opportunities
• Ensuring timely release of digital content
• Ensuring timely payment of the vendors

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
MBA in Marketing / Branding
Experience
More than 4 years of relevant experience in healthcare.
