Position- Assistant Manager

Industry- Foundry/ Manufacturing Casting(Only)
RESPONSIBILITY
1 Identify and acquire new customers in casting, machining, and precision engineering segments
2 Conduct regular industrial visits to approach new clients and generate inquiries.
3Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
4 Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
5 Address customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution
6 Analyze sales data, market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitor activities.
7 Prepare weekly/monthly BD reports, visit reports, and inquiry tracking sheets.
8 Suggest improvements for pricing, product positioning, and sales strategy.
9 Support participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1 Strong knowledge of casting/foundry/machining processes.
2 Strong analytical mindset and basic data analysis skills (Excel).
3 Field-oriented, proactive, and good at networking.
