Qualification: Any graduate/ MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: 4 - 8 years | in real estate
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, review and control all brand building and lead generation activities in marketing function.
Initiate creative plans to engage existing customers.
Develop short and long-term marketing budgets, control budgets and allocate resources amongst all projects logically.
Ensure articulation of Organization's desired image and position
Conduct & co-ordinate regular market research and also oversee the activity.
Researching and analyzing market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
Prepare market research and competitor analysis with continual updates.
Assessing marketing campaigns month-on-month and offering recommendations to management based on findings.
