Role Overview:
We are hiring for the position of
Assistant Manager / Manager - Marketing
, responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing initiatives across on-ground and digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a
real estate builder firm based in Gurgaon
and be well-versed in
ATL, BTL, site branding, event management, and digital platforms
.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outdoor Branding & Site Development
Strategize and execute hoardings, site branding, road signage, flags, kiosks, and in-site display materials.
Coordinate with vendors for production, quality control, and timely deployment.
Ensure all branding reflects the company's visual identity and messaging.
2. Event Management (Domestic & International)
Plan, coordinate, and manage property launches, channel partner meets, customer engagement events, and international expos.
Handle logistics, vendor management, budgeting, branding collaterals, and execution.
Post-event reporting, analysis, and improvement planning.
3. Social Media & Digital Presence
Oversee content and creatives across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Work closely with digital agencies to run campaigns, analyze performance, and improve visibility and lead generation.
Keep the company's online presence updated, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.
4. ATL & BTL Marketing
Plan and execute ATL activities like newspaper ads, FM/radio, and magazine placements.
Strategize and manage BTL activations including exhibitions, society activations, kiosks, and customer outreach programs.
Monitor ROI on campaigns and align strategies for maximum effectiveness.
5. Vendor & Agency Coordination
Liaise with creative agencies, media buyers, printers, and event companies for execution and negotiation.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing deliverables.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in marketing in a
real estate builder firm in Gurgaon
(mandatory).
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of branding, ATL/BTL, event management, and digital marketing.
Excellent project management, negotiation, and execution skills.
Proficient in tools like MS Office, Canva/Adobe Suite (preferred), and social media platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per month
