Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales (B2B) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B marketing and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify, approach, and build relationships with new corporate clients. Manage existing accounts and ensure client satisfaction through effective service and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, and production) to ensure timely delivery and client support. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts. Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales/marketing. MBA in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle client queries professionally and maintain strong business relationships. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
Preferred: Female candidates with experience in industrial, furniture, building material, or related sectors

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
