Assistant Manager (Manufacturing Excellence) : Position - Executive & Senior Executive - Manufacturing Excellence Education - B.E/ B. Tech in Industrial/ Production/ Mechanical Experience - 3 to 10 years of industry experience in Pharma/ Glass/ Textile/ FMCG/ Engineering Industry preferably in Operational/ Mfg. Excellence/ Business Excellence/ Six Sigma Key Roles/Responsibilities: - Identifying improvement projects Monthly AET Audits Deriving X-Matrix Lead the ME cell team to ensure continuous improvement in production processes and achieve operational efficiency targets Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, improve product quality Providing training and guidance to production teams to ensure consistent implementation of best practices and continuous improvement
