Expertise in driving process improvement by implementing Lean Manufacturing, Ergonomic Consideration, Kaizen, 5S Concepts, Multi-skilling Concept, Time & Method Study, Time & Motion Study, MOST, SMED, Time Loss Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Capacity Planning, Facility Layout; bottleneck & process standardization for productivity & quality improvement. o Coordination for projects o Understand and analyze graphs and statistics and other complex information o Analysis of various parameters of productivity to Initiate the various improvements at shop floor through Continual improvement projects. o Examine and procurement of new equipment to ensure the highest quality at the best price.Examine existing machinery & plan for refurbishment/up keeping of the same with productivity improvement target. o Proposal Making & controlling Capital Budget o Lead CFT for rejection, rework analysis, warranty and maintain within targets by systematic action plans. Preparation, collection and Report of Daily and Monthly MIS to Top Management and Present in MRM with analysis and action plan . o IOT deep understanding & able to implement in existing machinery o Industry 4.0 understanding
