Assistant Manager/ Manager-Talent PR
Role Overview
Responsibilities:
- The role will work with the Senior Communications Lead to develop the (cricket) athlete communications narrative and strategy. Additionally, focus on building the brand narrative around our sports management agency RISE connected to Sports & Sponsorship Consulting, Athlete Talent Management, across traditional, and digital media
- Lead on athlete media management, including day-to-day media relations, media briefings, and media training for the existing talent. Ensure RISE Worldwide and its sports talent are represented across all key media sections.
- To be considered for the role previous talent (sports or non-sports) management experience is key. A strong passion for sports, proficiency in working with both traditional and new media platforms across sports and lifestyle and have an understanding of the ever-evolving digital and social media landscape.
Preferred Specialization: Specializing in Public Relations in Sports, Celebrity Talent Management.
Core Competencies
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field
Preferred Work Experience
Significant Sports/ Athlete management/ Digital PR experience (ideally 8-12 years)
