What this job involves:

Working knowledge of Financial modelling, Report Writing, Market Research



Good knowledge of Real Estate Valuations



Execution of studies including, but not limited to, feasibility, location consulting, best use, technical due diligence and valuation



Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments



Strategize the work for quality and timely delivery



Identify innovative solutions and develop report structures accordingly



Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets and competitors



Delivery good quality analysis for market data as well as financial analysis



Co-ordinate with consulting team members across regions for Pan-India assignments



Manage and track database and productivity metrics
