The main objective of the role is to contribute to our business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, providing guidance/expertise/training on various valuation engagements, and lead the team towards excellence in service delivery. With a passion for financial modelling, valuations and asset reporting, you\'ll have the opportunity to work with the global asset teams and senior leadership to gain exposure into the private equity industry where you\'ll be required to prepare and update fund and asset models and produce investor reports. You\'ll be responsible for the roll-forward and review of valuation models of varying complexities for various infrastructure and real asset investments. You\'ll be required to develop a deep understanding of the asset economics which directly impact the valuation, as well as understand and review asset reports regularly. You\'ll be required to complete various tasks in the valuation process including working with asset managers to update valuation models, conducting independent evaluation of key valuation assumptions, as well as writing asset valuation reports and commentary. You\'ll work in a collaborative team to analyse client issues and recommend solutions, contribute to project execution, manage status reporting, as well as liaise with and develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure key objective are delivered to a high standard within deadlines. To be successful in this role you will have a professional degree (MBA, CFA) with 4+ years of relevant financial modelling experience, ideally building valuation models in the infrastructure industry. You\'ll also demonstrate a deep understanding of financial and valuation principles and MS Excel, as well as excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills. Experience in consulting firms or leading investment banks as well as knowledge about different investment structures will be considered favourably. Our Valuations team has been involved in advanced financial modelling for assets in infrastructure, real estate and agriculture sectors.
