Job Description

To supervise and control sampling of raw materials finished products and packaging material as per defined procedures.
To analyze critical finished products and new products for Active content and impurity profile.
Develop/Standardize/validate analytical methods for raw materials and finished products.
To create secondary reference standards for product analysis and maintain depository for primary and secondary reference standards in defined storage conditions and shelf life.
Online inspection and offline inspection of finished goods for compliance with quality parameters.
Trouble shooting for instruments and instrumental analysis and coordinate periodic/breakdown maintenance of instruments with service engineers.
To comply and maintain Quality Management System, EHS Standards, and Laboratory Standards for QA Laboratory and prepare IMS Documents.
To create PRS for procurements of consumables, chemicals and auxiliaries.
To prepare batch data card for formulations.
To provide training and guidance to junior offices of QA for various analytical techniques.
To maintain control samples of finished products during shelf life as per procedure in defined conditions.
To prepare certificate of analysis, MSDS and other regulatory documents to support logistics and marketing team.
To organize and provide samples requirement by marketing team and regulatory team for business development.
To prepare and communicate daily/weekly/monthly analysis report of finished products and effluent treatment samples for review by Leadership Team.
