Work Description:
\xe2\x96\xa1 Preparation of a Master Schedule, establishing Project
Baseline, continuous Supervision, Tracking and Monitoring of the
project progress.
\xe2\x96\xa1 Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various
Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time,
Cost, Quality and Safety. Study the impact of alternative
approaches to work.
\xe2\x96\xa1 Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for
the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective
Actions to achieve the milestone.
\xe2\x96\xa1 Visiting Site on weekly basis and prepare Site notes based on
Observation
\xe2\x96\xa1 Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts,
Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of
Contractor and Material before the commencement of work
through RFI Management
\xe2\x96\xa1 Coordination with the Architect/Consultants to finalize
Drawings/ Statutory Approvals based on Pre-Execution schedule.
\xe2\x96\xa1 Drawings Scrutiny, Review of Bill of Quantities, Construction
Area, Analysis Reports, etc.
\xe2\x96\xa1 Formalizing Scope of Work. Involvement in Decision making
for selection of Materials, Methodology, Work Specification.
