Account Manager (Asst Manager / Manager)



Implant activity like visiting Client premises to assist Employee queries

Manage transactions like Additions/Deletions/ CD Balance

Manage Employee query arrived on dedicated inbox

Manage employee query over call - mobile phone allocated

Monthly visits

Weekly/Fortnight meeting with HR team on status update of the claims tracker (Virtual/In-person)

Quarterly review of the plans with all seniors

Report sharing on master data, cd balance, claims tracker, exception claim tracker, corporate buffer tracker

Roadshow on the Benefits to new joiners

Qualifications

------------------



Postgraduate/ Bachelors

Should have 3 - 7 yrs of experience with Min 3 years of client facing experience, specially medical insurance. Experience in Insurance broking preferred, experience in brokers , Insurance Co acceptable.

Should be able to market consultative solutions

Should have sound knowledge of H&B products and its nuances

Should have understanding of the Mumbai market on H&B business

Should have understanding of Insurance companies

Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus

Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Problem-solving aptitude

Ability to work well with a team
