AAK Khopoli Khopoli About The Role This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for the organization, perform internal audits for regulatory compliances and data management for the same. End to end management and documentation related to certification audits. : Co-ordinate and manage customer audits. Manage the requisite documentation and information for the same. Collaborate with internal departments and teams to ensure readiness for customer audits. Act as SPOC for customers during audit process and maintain strong relationships to ensure timely closure of audits. Managing the process of obtaining & maintaining certifications such as FSSC 22000, KOSHER, HALAL, RSPO, RAIN FOREST ALLIANCE Collaborate with certification bodies to ensure successful certification audits. Develop and maintain documentation systems to track certifications, renewals, and updates. Perform internal and external food safety audits to identify areas of improvement. Develop audit reports including findings, recommendations & corrective actions. Stay up to date with local, national, and international food regulations standards and requirements. Interpret and apply regulations to ensure compliance with food safety and labelling requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements About You B.tech/M.Tech, MSc / Bsc, Degree in Food / Oil Technology 5 - 8 Years of experience in audit, certification management and food regulatory compliance.
