. To ensure maintenance and delivery of Automation Solutions and products within TSL (TSJ, TSK and TSM). Drive improvement activity as per short term / long term plan by standardizing the maintenance practices & condition monitoring. . To ensure adoption of new technologies for mechanisation and robotization thereby reduce Man machine interface - enhance productivity & improve safety and create opportunities for new product development and adoption. S. No. Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility / Tasks 1. Make the maintenance plan and compliance for rolled out standalone Automation products & solutions. Design of maintenance solution systems as per customer requirement and functional specifications. 2. Provide guidance on projects by using various infrastructure (internal or external). Audit, Testing and Review of the solutions provided as per quality procedure and customer expectation. 3. Monitor and review the project work of maintenance solution nature. Ensure timely Implementation of the system at site as per plan. Erection & commissioning support of automation system/ solution at different project sites 4. Ensure Compliance to safety norms: . Maintain and improve safe working condition in the related area. . Build and monitor systems to mitigate the hazards and risk involved in the process . Prepare SOPs for the related areas . Ensure implementation of positive isolation & E-permit . Participate/Lead AIC functions 5. Provide support to other sections of Automation Division for any mechanical/ mechatronics related designs. To work in close coordination with Sr Mgr ADC on resource planning and job scheduling. 6. People Development: . Improvement of skill and knowledge of people . Coaching and mentoring of subordinates . Involve and train people on \'Continuous Improvement\' philosophy. Identify technical training needs and recommend suitable courses 7. Exploration and Adaptation of new technologies for Mechanisation and robotization. Skills Technical Competencies: . Electrical Machines/ Power Systems/ PLC and Drives/ General Electrics/ Mechanical drawings and design/ Pneumatic systems. . Knowledge of Vision systems desirable . Instrumentation (control valves, transmitters, temp systems, etc ) . Knowledge in IT and Computer systems . Analytic ability . Daily Management . SAP PM Supply function (Making PR, UMC, DO etc.) Other details . Must be a Full Time degree . BE/BTech, BSc(Engineering), ME/MTech, MBA/PGDM, MCA, MSc (Math\'s, Stats, OR,Physics)\'
