Job Description

Overall responsibility for all production activities, production planning and control. Overall responsibility for achieving the targeted yields, losses and usages factors for ingredients and utilities for PRS rating. Overall responsibility for allocation of available resources including manpower and achieving the budgeted manpower budget. Overall responsibility for safety of personnel, facilities and equipment. Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labour laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installation etc. Overall responsibility for all types of maintenance activities related to plant equipment and machinery as per maintenance program. Overall responsibility for discipline in the work force Responsible to provide support in the implementation and effectiveness of integrated management systems (environment, quality and safety) in the plant area. Responsible for identifying improvement projects, getting approval and executing the same. Responsible for initiating small group activities and continual improvements.Overall responsibility for selection, coaching, feedback and development of plant personnel.
