Job Description

:

• Responsible for Engineering and Maintenance of the plant which includes Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Utilities
• Hands on Experience on 300 BPM Gravity Block, Multimatic Glue Labellers & PSL Labellers.
• Evaluate, develop, and execute engineering projects for the facility; prioritize plant needs, develop and
• oversee implementation of Capital Plan; originate capital appropriation requests, develop project schedules, and work teams; write contracts, coordinate project activities, control project funds, and implement startup procedures as necessary.
• Recommend equipment/processing system modifications and/or replacement as needed to improve OEE.
• Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns
• Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed
• Allocating work to team members
• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
• Day to day supervision of a maintenance team.
• Supervision of works of external vendors.
• Coordinating with Purchase team to indent and purchase the engineering spares within time with maintaining minimum stock.
• Develop department\'s budgets; implement and control approved budgets.
• Create and maintain the appropriate engineering records as required by the appropriate agencies, including equipment records and manuals, drawings and diagrams, inspection reports and legal records.
• Support the development, implementation, sustainability of 5S activity in Plant.
• Prepare and submit engineering MIS reports as necessary.
• GRMS Documentation & GMP Implementation.
• Follow Safety rules and procedure.
• PMS Development in SAP.
• Hands on experience of ManEx practices , systems & application of analytical tools tools .
