Job Summary:- The incumbent is required to efficiently handle logistics function such as Finished goods, Import and Export, Inventory Management, on time supply of Demo movements and warehouse management. He/She will supervise the Customer Service team and ensure smooth end order handlingThe incumbent is required to efficiently handle logistics function such as Finished goods, Import and Export, Inventory Management, on time supply of Demo movements and warehouse management. Job Responsibilities:-

• Use best and appropriate practices and ensure continuous process improvement
• Daily monitor open sales orders, Inventory, and advance exchange Process.
• Managing Logistics policies, processes and Effectively follow up on and resolve sales order or service request issues with minimum level of supervision
• Provide high standard Logistics support including phone and email requests from customers and Sales team.
• Import/export documentation and processes as required
• Demand Forecasting, Inventory reporting and Provide ad hoc reporting as needed.
• Take regular part in projects as assigned and general administrative functions
• Ensure timely shipment of all outbound systems, freight forwarders and Transport providers to resolve import/export operational issues
• Able to resolve receiving and shipping issues.
• Review inventory shortages for root cause, corrective action, and preventative measures
• Manage international shipping documentation requirements and Support international trade compliance requirements
• Coordinate execution of cycle count processes for inventory count and reconciliation
• Monitoring Team KPI's and Maintain an excellent attendance record for contract payroll employees.
• Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety policies, and procedures
• Prepare and communicate price quotes & PO creation for Direct and indirect procurement.
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with other customer care and logistics, as per internal and external customers

Job Requirements:-

• Familiarity with an integrated ERP, preferably in MM & SD modules of SAP and Oracle.

• Strong analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills and able to analyse situations in depth with moderate level of complexity.
