Job responsibilities:
Stock Management
- Stock Monitoring
- Prioritization & coordination through central planning cell
- Inter warehouse transfer (if reqd)
- MIS to branch sales team
Warehousing
- Compliance with C&F SOP and SLA
- Maintaining 100% stock accuracy.
- Good Warehousing Practices
- Ensuring safety in warehouse practices
- Statutory Compliance
- Space Management
- Ensure customer service within secondary freight cost budget
- Continuous review and reduction of transit times
- Timely receipt of PODs
- Obtain Quotes for Secondary freight for negotiation by Manager Distribution & Supply Planning
- Internal
- Sales Managers
- All H O Supply Managers
- C&FA
Job Requirements :
- Education Qualification- MBA in Operations and Logistics Management
- Experience – 7 + years of experience
- Target Industries / Companies- FMCG , Process Industry, Paint ,Oil , Tyre
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office
- Good negotiation skills
- Stakeholder management ( Sales / Stock C& F/Dealers)
