  • Client Acquisition.
  • Understanding & structuring of client\'s loan requirements.
  • End-to-end process of logging in the file & taking it to the disbursal stage.
  • Maintaining a post-sales relationship with the client & giving him periodical loan tops as his requirement.
  • Updating all your clients /prospects about the new loan products launched from time to time & getting further business from the clients.
  • Forming key alliances with Real estate developers /Real estate agents for generating high-ticket home loan prospects.
  • Forming key alliances with Chartered A/C\xe2\x80\x99s to cater to their clients who would have loan requirements.
  • Going & meeting the HR person of various corporate firms to felicitate best home loan deals as well as personal loans for their employees.



Qualification:-

  • Any Graduate/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or similar major.
  • 1 + years of relevant experience
  • Good Communication and Convincing Skills, Well Groomed & presentable.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Result-oriented, Team Player & Highly driven
  • Fixed Salary + Incentives
