To quickly connect Business and Operations Team, Law enforcement authorities in case of exigencies which can have potential impact to business . Participation in criminal, civil and disciplinary proceedings as required. . Work with external agencies to regulate / streamline for challenges affecting ground operations. . Representing/Accompanying Organization\'s personnel for lodging Police complaints. . Build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders of Business and Operations, and Finance. . Implement programs aimed at maintaining a stable and sustainable IR in the region . Monitors and Maintains statutory requirements for the region. . Liaising and representing statutory authorities pertaining tolabor . Should be able to Independently handle enquiry process . Handle any ground operation disruption impacting business even if it pertains internally or with external parties.Desired Skill: . Graduate/Post Graduate with 6-8 years of work experience . Complete familiarity or accessibility with the local level Law enforcement and regulatory authority for the Region. . Excellent communication skills. (written and oral) . Flexibility to travel within short notice. . Ability to work under pressure with a possibility of multiple assignments. . Readiness to file complaints on behalf of theorganization
