Greetings from Triaksha Automation Technologies Pvt Ltd., We Have a Requirement For Position: AM / Manager Business Development and Leasing Qualification: Post Graduate, Preferably MBA Experience: 3 + years Industry Specific: IPC\'s & Commercial Real Estate Requirements : Should have two to three years of Leasing experience in Bangalore market and preferably working for an IPC. Market Research & Data Analysis to understand the current trends in the market in terms of project features, pricing and other offerings required and in sync with the market and IPC`s market reports. Financial analysis , MIS , Preparing Presentations and knowledge of advance excel is a must. Should have two to three years of Leasing experience in Bangalore market Thorough understanding of Leasing activities and preparing Marketing & BD activities. Preparation of presentation & Pitches to the IPCs and prospective clients. Regular Business Development meetings/interactions with clients, International property consultants (IPC\'s)/Local brokers to find potential clients for company\'s projects. CRM - Building Client Relationship & Feedback Management with Existing clients and channel partners. Managing inspections by taking prospective clients/their representatives for site visits to our project. Co-ordinate with Legal department and project/facilities teams Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail. Any other responsibilities assigned by reporting manager/Management from time to time.
