Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and conferences for team members
- Conduct needs assessments and identify learning gaps
- Support the development of e-learning modules and digital content
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide insights for improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Maintain accurate records and reports on training activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in L&D or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
