Job Description

Learning & Development will be a key member of the L&D function and play an instrumental role in designing, executing, and scaling development initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about enabling learning at scale. You will work closely with business leaders, HR partners, and employees to drive programs. That align with our values and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design & Delivery

  • Design and execute learning journeys for key segments (Graduate Trainees, Lateral Hires, First-time Managers, Technical Talent, Leadership, etc.).
  • Facilitate orientation, onboarding programs, and capability-building workshops that embed Esyasoft's values and culture.
  • Collaborate with technical and business leaders to curate and co-create domain specific learning interventions.
  • Ensure alignment of learning programs with organizational vision and strategic priorities.
Content Development & Curation
  • Develop impactful content using internal expertise and external resources (vendors, platforms, SMEs).
  • Translate Esyasoft's business priorities and competencies into practical, engaging learning experiences.
  • Leverage storytelling and real-time business cases to contextualize learning.
Learning Operations & Enablement
  • Manage logistics, communications, and engagement strategies for all L&D initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of in-person and digital programs.
  • Track learning data, attendance, feedback, and impact metrics for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with function heads to assess capability needs and build relevant interventions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and facilitators for program delivery and implementation.
  • Provide consultative support to managers and employees to identify individual development needs.
Learning Culture Building
  • Drive internal awareness campaigns to promote a self-driven learning mindset.
  • Launch communities of practice, peer learning circles, and internal speaker forums.
  • Support the L&D Head in implementing Esyasoft's long-term learning roadmap, culture-building initiatives, and employee growth programs.
Systems & Tools
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP).
  • Stay updated on L&D technologies, trends, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to Esyasoft.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
Experience:
  • 6-8 years for Assistant Manager, 4-6 years for Lead, in L&D or related roles.
  • Experience in tech/start-up environments or product companies is a plus.
  • Prior exposure to talent development strategy, learning journeys, and facilitation.
Skills:
  • Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and content development capabilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in feedback interpretation and impact analysis.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and aligned with Esyasoft's values of ownership, agility, and innovation.
