• Ensure all training and developmental activities are strategically linked to organization\'s mission and vision and brand standards through promoting ibis brand attributes being mirrored in the Heartists.

• Institute suitable audit processes to track efficacy of training and liaise closely with L&D Manager to align training execution with needs and expectations.

• Travel to ibis hotels in the region to deliver training by utilizing various learning methods across behavioral, soft skills & brand standards.

• Excellent presentation and communication Skills

• High on Integrity, is self-motivated, high on energy and passion for the job .

• Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative and team work.

• Ability to work under pressure & excellent problem solving & decision making skills.

• Go-getter, comfortable taking ownership and expanding scope of responsibilities .
