Job Summary


In this individual contributor role, you will work with the largest customers and agency planners to establish long-term partnerships for advertisers within a designated industry. You will own revenue targets for key accounts and utilize your understanding of market dynamics, and digital ad inventories to create value for your clients.

About the team


The candidate will be a part of team (across levels) which services some of the largest FMCG and health & wellness clients on the digital entertainment ads business of JioStar.

Key Responsibilities



This is an individual contributor role where you will own the revenue targets for key accounts within the Entertainment or Sports Business in a specific industry under the LCS portfolio. The focus will be on maximizing revenue potential and positioning JioHotstar as a premium destination for digital investments You will be Jiostar's ambassador in the market for the accounts you own. You will be expected to understand India's Digital ecosystem, stay abreast with industry trends and innovations alongwith establishing and demonstrating an understanding of JioStar's ad solutions and capabilities You will be expected to maintain a healthy sales pipeline on a regular basis; be proactive in highlighting any roadblocks and maintain high standards in sales processes You will be expected to manage all stakeholder relationships end to end with minimum supervision Acting as an advisor on brand solutions in a strategic way and drive business You will also be focusing on deeper client interactions to drive case studies, client interviews, executing joint business plans & maintaining monthly run rates etc. You will work closely with the cross functional ads revenue team for the conceptualization & execution of all deals for your accounts

Understanding Key account management principles/consultative selling Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Comfort to use data and analytics while building on client conversations at deal level Ability to leverage relationships, build a strong network, and have effective negotiations, and utilizing these to drive new business Persistence to drive sales from exploration to deal closures

Preferred Education & Experience



* Preferably an MBA with 3-5 years in a fast-paced Consumer Tech/FMCG industry with marketing/brand background.
