Purpose of Role:

Provide service to customer for erection/ commissioning and troubleshooting of Pumps, valves, screen, classifiers, and cyclone.
Provide on-site training to customer.
Perform hand on site trouble shooting, serving and repairs.
Preparation of service reports and communication with customer to ensure satisfaction and implementation and necessary corrective action.

Hands on for pump servicing, reading & understanding drawings,
Have handled pump up to 180 KW .
Alignment of pump motor with dial gauge, vibration analysis of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
Basic knowledge on selection of pump, performance curve .

Experience with managing Slurry Pumps, Cyclones , Slurry Valves & vibrating screens and mill lining.
Knowledge on tools and lifting.
Erection/ commissioning of pumps, actuated valve. Conversant with site project activities of erection/ lifting of equipment\xe2\x80\x99s
