The opportunity
EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an inhouse agency that helps EY teams build a better working world by delivering high-impact, high-quality and on\xe2\x80\x93brand creative solutions. People in the CoE help create experiences that are not just creatively inspiring, but also strategically precise and deeply human \xe2\x80\x94 across multiple media platforms.
As a Supervising Associate \xe2\x80\x94 Assistant Manager, you anchor the creative production process, leading with an astute understanding of design principles, evolving technology and business sensibility. You lead the discussions with customers to help to translate business strategy into flawless creative concepts. As a creative manager, you define and drive the creative aspects of projects, helping bridge the gap between a creative concept and its execution during the design/development process.
Your key responsibilities

  • Provide creative leadership to the design teams to deliver a range of collaterals (i.e., brochures, placemats, illustration, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, microsites, motion graphic content and social media collaterals)
  • Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet, and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends and advocate the same to team members and customers
  • Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly
  • Communicate effectively with various customers/customer groups while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas
  • Lead project discussions with customers with a customer-centric mindset
  • Provide unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convince them to make the right design choices
  • Ensure seamless client relationship by proactively identifying any points of friction/concern, and developing an objective, effective plan for mitigation
  • Take ownership and work as a design consultant independently
  • Mentor junior team members on best design practices
  • Be responsive to customers on calls and emails
  • Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, Adobe DC and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Experience across a range of digital, social, and integrated media
  • Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest etc.)
  • At least 10 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment (team management experience mandatory)

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also have
  • Preferable knowledge of Adobe After effects, Premier Pro and motion graphics skills

Technologies and Tools
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign, Adobe DC and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
