We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support departmental operations within luxury hospitality environments, including five-star and premium three-star hotels. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily departmental operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Support staff scheduling, workforce planning, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and five-star service standards.
Assist in inventory control, stock monitoring, and cost management processes.
Support management in handling guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor service quality and report operational gaps to senior management.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with proven supervisory or assistant managerial experience.
Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related hospitality discipline.
Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail and service excellence.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in five-star or luxury hotel brands.
