Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager -Cement Division



Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Business Development:



Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the white cement division. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments. Expand the dealer/distributor network and ensure regular order flow. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate strategies.

Marketing & Promotion:



Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and branding activities. Conduct product demonstrations and participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and dealer meets. Liaise with the marketing team for promotional materials and brand visibility.

Customer Relationship Management:



Maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and architects. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely solutions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Operations & Coordination:



Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply to the market. Prepare regular sales reports and MIS for management review.

Team Support:



Guide and support sales executives or field officers in achieving their targets. Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Specification



Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Civil Engineering. MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Sales or Marketing preferred.

Experience:



4 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in

cement / construction materials / building products

industry. Experience in white cement, wall putty, or related product categories is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to handle multiple regions or dealer networks. Team leadership and coordination skills.

Personal Attributes:



Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Willingness to travel extensively. Positive attitude with strong work ethics. Customer-focused and result-driven approach.

Pay: From ?30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
