Business Development- Karnataka Market & Coastal Segment
Develop Rail Connectivity between Bangalore and Cochin.
Understanding of Coastal Market and explore new markets to develop connectivity to Cochin and South Indian Markets.
Reporting of calls using appropriate CRM software / procedures.
Existing and develop excellent personal rapport with customers in the trade (BCOs, Exporters, Importers, transporters, and Forwarders/CHA)
Handle small, medium, and large corporate clients and business units that have the ability to scale and pitch sales propositions basis client type and supply chain mapping
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum of 4-5years of experience in Commercial or Sales functions in a Terminal Company / Shipping Line, / Logistics / Freight Forwarding Company (
Postgraduate/ MBA desirable
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, co-ordination, and decision-making skills.
Hard core sales mind set with strong positive intent
Result oriented and analytical
Excellent communication skills - oral and verbal.
Excellent MS Office Skills, esp. Excel.
