Coordinate electrical and instrumentation activities across multiple project locations simultaneously.
Act as a central technical point between site engineers, contractors, and the head office.
Ensure uniform execution standards across all sites.
2. Execution & Supervision
Supervise installation of electrical systems including MCCs, PCCs, PLC panels, field instruments, cable trays, cabling, earthing, and lighting systems.
Monitor erection, termination, testing, and commissioning activities at all assigned sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
3. Planning & Progress Monitoring
Prepare and monitor site execution schedules and manpower planning.
Track daily progress reports (DPRs), material consumption, and manpower deployment from each site.
Identify delays or risks and coordinate corrective actions.
4. Quality & Safety Management
Ensure compliance with project quality plans, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality and safety adherence.
Ensure proper documentation such as checklists, test reports, and as-built drawings.
5. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Support procurement team with technical clarifications and site requirements.
Participate in review meetings and provide consolidated progress updates.
6. Commissioning & Handover Support
Support pre-commissioning, loop checking, testing, and system commissioning activities.
Assist in final inspections, punch-point clearance, and handover documentation.
Ensure smooth transition from project execution to operations.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
4-6 years of experience in electrical & instrumentation execution across industrial projects.
Proven experience handling
multiple sites simultaneously
is mandatory.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of E&I systems, PLC/SCADA, and industrial instrumentation.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and loop drawings.
Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking, and basic documentation tools.
Willingness to travel frequently between project sites.
