Manage Electrical & Instrumentation execution at site along with EPC billing, subcontractor control, cost management, and variations to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead E&I erection, installation, testing, and commissioning as per IFC drawings.
Execute HT/LT cabling, panels (MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD), motors, earthing, lighting, and power systems.
Handle instrumentation works including field instruments, cabling, JB/panel termination, tubing, loop checking, and commissioning.
Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Automation, Process, and Client teams.
Prepare client RA bills, track BOQ vs actuals, and manage variations/extra items.
Manage subcontractors: scope finalization, billing certification, productivity, and cost control.
Monitor project costs, prepare MIS, and support final cost forecasting.
Ensure schedule adherence, quality, and EHS compliance (PTW, LOTO, JSA).
Complete documentation, punch-list closure, and project handover.
