[ Assistant Manager - Wellbeing Trust and Safety]!

The Wellbeing Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing holistic wellbeing strategies and programs that support the mental, emotional, and physical health of employees. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and global teams to ensure the successful execution of site-specific resiliency plans, wellbeing initiatives, and compliance with audit and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Program Development

Submit the site-specific annual resiliency plan to the Global Wellbeing Leader.

Drive the implementation and ongoing management of the resiliency plan.

Plan and execute engagement sessions for key mental health and wellbeing observances.

Develop and implement wellbeing programs based on client requests.

Design and deploy wellbeing initiatives tailored to Lines of Business (LOBs) and workflows.

Manage

timely

rollout of wellbeing surveys and drive employee participation.

Create and deliver customized wellbeing programs based on survey insights.

Data & Reporting

Generate and share monthly and quarterly wellbeing reports with leadership.

Submit weekly and monthly wellbeing data to the designated dashboard.

Prepare and submit high-quality WBR and MBR decks within deadlines.

Ensure all global trackers and reports are updated for audit readiness.

Upload monthly data to the HB repository, ensuring accessibility and compliance.

Complete the monthly Counsellor Scorecard and maintain the real-time Critical Case Tracker.

Maintain internal training records (NHO, WB&R

, ad

-hoc sessions).

Wellbeing Communication

Publish monthly communication materials (

Eg,.

Wellbeing

Calendar )

Publish the Quarterly Wellbeing Newsletter.

Communicate wellbeing initiatives and events through regular mailers.

Client Management

Prepare and deliver Monthly Business Reviews with key insights and outcomes.

Respond promptly to client requirements, queries, and service needs.

Collaborate with GWL to design client visit decks with relevant data and engagement metrics.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive wellbeing overviews during client visits.

Team Management

Ensure team awareness and understanding of goals and KPIs.

Monitor and enhance team performance and productivity.

Drive

people

development and upskilling initiatives.

Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team.

Ensure balanced work distribution and continuity planning.

Manage vendor/coach relationships and monthly communications.

Address conflicts and maintain high team morale.

Audit and Compliance Assurance

Ensure 100% readiness for all scheduled audits.

Maintain compliance and accurate documentation.

Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions as required.

Stakeholder Management

Support counselor recruitment in collaboration with

internal

team.

Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Training, Quality, and Policy teams.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology.

Significant relevant of experience in wellbeing, mental health, or employee engagement roles.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in data reporting, presentation tools, and wellness program design.

: Ability to align local initiatives with global wellbeing strategies.

Program & Project Management

: Skilled in planning, executing, and evaluating wellbeing programs.

Data Analysis & Reporting

: Proficient in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.

Communication

: Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in creating newsletters, reports, and presentations.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

: Ability to build relationships and respond effectively to diverse needs.

Team Leadership

:

Experience in

managing teams, driving performance, and fostering collaboration.

Compliance & Documentation

: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and audit-readiness capabilities.

Emotional Intelligence

: Deep understanding of employee wellbeing and ability to respond with empathy.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with MS Office Suite, dashboards, and data repositories.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation environments.

Previous experience of handling and managing teams

Familiarity with trauma-informed care, crisis response, and occupational health standards.
