Roles and Responsibilities Understanding and preparing exposure data for multiple lines of business Data cleansing enhancing and analysis of COPE information Working on complex and large datasets using MS Excel Validating exposure data against set AIR guidelines Geo coding the exposure data using AIR Touchstone Understanding of Insurance terminologies Applying financial policy terms in the models for perils covered Ensure timely completion of deliverables Enhance efficiency of the process by continuously evaluating and improving the end to end catastrophe modeling process Understand and interpret model results model differences and limitations and provide risk specific observation to the underwriter Proactive communication with stakeholders on modelling requirements and ad hoc requests Preferred Skills Knowledge 6 8 years experience in the field of Cat modelling Modeling expertise in RMS RiskLink AIR Touchstone MS Office Word Excel and Access SQL good to have Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills Team handling skills
