Assistant Manager - Quality

Role and Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction/Protection Coordinator APQP / New Program & ECN Ensure that quality system meets requirements of EOS / IATF 16949 Customer Audits and observation closure coordinator Harness Safety Characteristic Shop floor supervision assembly & cutting Maintain shop floor business records Daily review of FTQ analysis Customer Concern analysis Ensure on time response to customer concerns / WIR Develop team capability by layered audits and process audits and build positive culture Basic knowledge about Quality Core Tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA), 7QC tools, Control Plan, COPQ, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Product/Process Audit, Layered Audit, Calibration. Knowledge of structured problem solving and tools like Why-Why analysis, 8D analysis, FTA Customer interaction and handling (Customer Mapping), warranty handling & analysis Implementation and sustenance of control plan on each and every process.

Education and Qualification :

BE / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical Engineering


Min 8 - 10 years' experience in W/H manufacturing Industry & Quality
