Business Analyst/Assistant Manager - Tester!

In this role, the person is responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting testing activities, and ensuring the quality and functionality of AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

Have in-depth knowledge of banking processes and operations

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Document functional and non-functional requirements.

Test Planning and Execution:

Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform manual and automated testing of AI solutions.

Ensure the quality and functionality of AI models and applications.

Capable of validating ML tasks using automation frameworks such as selenium

Identify and report defects and issues.

Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve AI solutions.

Document testing processes, results, and findings.

Provide training and support to stakeholders on testing best practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in business analysis and testing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/skills:

Experience with testing tools (Selenium, JUnit).

Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.

Certification in business analysis or testing.
