Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales of Lotherme Repair & Maintenance welding consumables in the assigned region.
Develop and strengthen relationships with customers in industries using welding solutions.
Conduct technical discussions, product presentations, and demonstrations to support clients.
Identify business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and prepare sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
Visit plants, dealers, and industrial clients regularly to expand market presence.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer service.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer requirements, and market trends.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Mandatory experience in Welding Consumables sales (Lotherme Range (Repair & Maintenance welding consumables) ).
Strong technical and application knowledge of welding products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
