Job Position - Assistant Manager - IT & Systems

Industry: Print Media / Publishing

Location - Nagpur

salary - 35 k to 40k ctc pm

Qualifications and Experience

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.

? 6-8 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in the print or media industry.

? Strong knowledge of networking, system maintenance, and data security.

Job Summary

Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, system operations, and technical support

across all departments to ensure seamless production, circulation, and administrative

processes within the print media organization.

Key Responsibilities

? Maintain and monitor servers, computers, printers, and network systems.

? Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, SPINE, CMS, and other media-related software.

? Manage LAN/WAN connectivity and coordinate with ISPs for uptime and performance.

? Implement data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity protocols.

? Provide technical support and training to staff across departments.

? Liaise with vendors for software updates, hardware procurement, and troubleshooting.

? Ensure IT compliance with organizational and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, payroll,

etc.).

? Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within the company.

Key Skills

? Expertise in Windows/Linux systems and network management.

? Familiarity with ERP and media workflow tools.

? Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

? Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
