Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Assistant Manager - IT to oversee and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across Nutanix, Linux, Windows, Office 365, Azure, and AWS platforms. The role will also include managing application servers, SSL certificates, firewalls, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001:2022 and ITSM audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Nutanix clusters, virtual machines, and storage.
Manage Windows and Linux servers, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
Oversee application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, etc.) and ensure availability and security.
Manage and renew SSL certificates, ensuring secure access for web and internal applications.
Configure and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and network security policies.
Administer Office 365, Azure, and AWS resources -- provisioning, access control, cost optimization, and backup.
Support ISO 27001:2022 and ITSM audits, maintaining documentation and evidence.
Oversee data backup, DR planning, and patch management.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades, incidents, and compliance tracking.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong hands-on expertise in Nutanix, Linux, Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, and AWS.
Proficiency in application server management, SSL certificate lifecycle, and firewall administration.
Working knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 controls, ITSM processes, and compliance audits.
Understanding of networking, routing, and security best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (Master's preferred).
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Security Engineer
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP)
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Auditor
ITIL v4 Foundation
Firewall certification (Fortinet / Palo Alto / Sophos) - Advantageous

Skills Required
