We're
looking for someone with
deep understanding and
understanding of
entire
Invoice to Cash (Receivables / Disbursements / Cash Apps).
In this role, you will
be responsible for
guiding the team,
optimizing
processes, ensuring quality, and
maintaining
client satisfaction.
You'll
need to ensure that the team
operates
efficiently, meets its goals, and delivers high-quality services consistently. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team player and will need to lead a team size of ~15 to 25 people.
You will be encouraged to be passionate about the Business goals/challenges and know how to seek these using analytics and technology.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will
be responsible for
all the activities related to
O2C
domain.
Provide guidance and support to team members for their professional development.
Assign tasks based on individual strengths and project requirements and conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
Identify
areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
regarding
service delivery. Ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. Address client concerns and provide
timely
resolutions.
Prepare detailed reports on team performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics. Maintain
accurate
records of all activities, communications, and decisions. Ensure that documentation is updated regularly and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration. Implement strategies to prevent conflicts and enhance team cohesion. Address conflicts within the team promptly and fairly.
Ensure that all processes
comply with
regulatory requirements and SOPs. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Qualifications we

Minimum qualifications
B.
Com Graduation (MBA - Finance preferred)
Relevant and meaningful years of
experience of
working in I2C lifecycle - credit control, cash applications, carrier/agency inquiry response management, recording and researching incoming cash receipts, month-close activities and so on.
Demonstrate and cultivate customer focus, collaboration, accountability, initiative, and innovation.
Proficient in English language- both written (Email writing) and verbal
A strong attention to detail; analytical skills and the ability to multi-task are important
Preferred qualifications
Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally
High customer service orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent statistical knowledge
Highly motivated and achievement oriented
Any Project or GB certification in
previous
experience would be an edge
