Assistant Manager - International Tax & M&A Tax (CA) - 3+ Years - Mumbai

Responsibilities - * Providing seamless advisory and compliance services in International Tax and M&A Tax.

• Conducting in-depth research on intricate tax laws and guidelines globally.
• Contributing to tax due diligence efforts for M&A deals and corporate restructuring projects.
• Preparing detailed tax structuring plans with minimal risk for cross-border and domestic transactions.
• Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing and other international taxation reports.
• Reviewing and resolving international tax and M&A tax-related issues for a wide array of clients.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in tax laws and regulations and sharing insights with the team.

Requirements - * A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of experience in international taxation and M&A tax advisory.

• Profound knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including cross-border taxation and transfer pricing.
• Strong analytical and research skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively explaining complex tax concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
• Proficiency in using advanced tax tools and MS Office applications.
