Purpose of Role

Assist in developing Annual Internal Audit Plan. Conduct internal audits, internal control reviews, Control Self-Assessments (CSA), Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM).

Position Demands

Qualified CA with 3-5 years of internal audit experience. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in SAP, advanced MS Excel, and audit/data analytics tools. Exposure to Manufacturing, Renewables, EPC industries or consulting is preferred.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Drive and support control automation initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and coordinating with relevant teams. Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities, including risk identification, assessment, and tracking of mitigation plans. Coordinate with third-party internal audit partners and business process owners for timely audit execution and delivery of high-quality reports. Perform data analysis using MS Excel, SAP, and audit/data analytics tools to support audit testing and generate insights. Track and follow up on implementation of audit action plans to ensure timely closure. Support investigation assignments and fact-finding reviews as required.
