To leverage on this and to expand into the northern & eastern geographies of India, Yara acquired Tata Chemicals\' 1.2 MN MT Urea plant in UP, Northern India. With this acquisition Yara India\'s scale of operation has grown significantly.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProactive, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance

• Maintaining and upkeep of all equipment\'s in his area.
• Carry out day to day maintenance jobs in his area in consultation with Process / Maintenance Engineer.
• Ensuring that the jobs given on contract are carried out covering all safety aspects.
• Planning in consultation with Manager/AM - Projects for revenue / capital jobs in his area. He shall make the plan available to the concerned engineers.
• Identification and maintaining all spares, tools in his area. If required, initiating the purchase requisition, service orders.
• Review preventive, breakdown, predictive and planned maintenance of equipments and assets of his area.
• Estimating, Detailing, Preparing BOM, ensuring procurement of materials, installation and Commissioning of Project.
• Checking shift log books and taking action.
• Providing feedback on the basic draft of annual budget plan.
• Providing feedback on the basic draft of ATR plan and execution of the same.
• Ensure safe execution of capital jobs.
• Carry out the root cause analysis of the failure
• Receive/Issue safety work permit.
• Preparation of Material issue Voucher.

Coordinating

• With production for taking SWP/AVI communication
• With maintenance for coordinating of routine activities
• With other departments from time to time.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant knowledge for plant control includes Boiler, process operation on gas and naphtha having capacity more than 200control loops.
• Knowledge about project planning and execution.
• Hands on experience on DCS (preferably Honeywell Experion), ESDS, Governors, Gas Turbine Control System. Hands on experience on Maintenance of Control Valves, Actuators, Field Instrumentation.
• Experience in QIP tools, ISO 9001: 2000 and business excellence model.
• Excellent knowledge on safety at workplace and SHE management.
• IACP/ internal auditor for ISO
• Aware about maintenance practices, TPM, Quality analysis tool Should be Computer Savvy.
• Good analytical skills.
• Sound industry knowledge

Education & Experience

• Education: Candidate should be B.tech / B.E. - Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control from reputed College/University. Candidate should have scored minimum 60% in 10th,12th & in B.Tech.
• Experience: Candidate Should have 2 to 5 years of Experience. Experience from Fertilizer Industry will be preferred.
