Job Description

Strategic Sales & Business Development:

Developing and executing sales strategies to expand the customer base, achieve revenue targets, and maximize business opportunities within the institutional segment. This includes identifying potential customers, prioritizing sales prospects, and developing customized proposals. Setting and working towards achieving sales targets, developing action plans, and monitoring performance to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients like corporations, government organizations, and other bulk buyers. This also involves conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts, and addressing client concerns and providing tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Agri Nutritional Products, their applications and benefits for various agricultural needs.


Sales Performance:

Meet and exceed sales targets, managing a sales pipeline and forecasting sales effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports and present performance data to management.

Market Understanding:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and evolving agricultural practices to inform sales strategies.

Communication and Negotiation:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial for interacting with institutional clients and closing deals.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including research team, manufacturing team and supply chain team to ensure successful service delivery to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in agribusiness sales, institutional sales, or chemical sales, with a strong track record of success, is typically required.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in sales analytics, Word, Excel, and presentation software. Interested candidate should be ready to travel extensively for meeting prospects & clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
