Job Summary: The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Executive will be responsible for enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the sales team by analyzing, optimizing, and improving the sales processes. This role will involve working closely with the sales leadership and marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives, manage performance metrics, and implement tools and systems that enable the sales force to maximize their effectiveness in the pharmaceutical industry. Roles and Responsibilities: Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights into sales force effectiveness. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the sales team and provide actionable recommendations. Monitor sales target achievement and provide regular reports to senior management. Sales Force Optimization: Support the design and implementation of sales strategies and programs to optimize team performance. Conduct assessments of sales territories, resource allocation, and productivity levels. Work with sales leadership to implement best practices and processes for maximizing sales force efficiency. Training & Development: Collaborate with the training team to design and implement training programs aimed at improving sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance. Ensure that the sales force is well-versed in new product launches, marketing campaigns, and industry trends. Sales Tools & Systems: Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales force automation tools and CRM systems. Provide support in the rollout of new technologies and platforms aimed at improving sales processes. Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in CRM systems to drive business insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Provide feedback from the field to marketing teams regarding customer needs, competitor activities, and product performance. Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track sales performance, productivity, and ROI of sales initiatives. Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and provide recommendations for future improvement.
