Job Description

Design & Creative Direction: Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, websites, social media assets, email templates, and more. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create designs that effectively communicate the brand message, regulatory information, and product benefits in line with industry standards and guidelines. Lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that designs align with the company's goals and maintain a high level of visual integrity. Brand Consistency & Guidelines: Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across various platforms and materials. Create and manage design templates, style guides, and assets for use in marketing campaigns and product launches. Regulatory Compliance: Design and produce compliant materials that align with pharmaceutical industry regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, EMA guidelines). Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing materials are in line with industry rules and regulations. Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver designs that meet strategic goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and creativity. Innovation & Trends: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that designs are fresh, innovative, and engaging. Propose new and creative ways to present complex pharma concepts in a visually appealing manner.
