\xe2\x80\xa2 Qualified CA with good academic record
\xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal and written communication skills
\xe2\x80\xa2 Client-facing experience is preferred

\xe2\x80\xa2 High level of organizing, documenting, record keeping and publishing skills
Skill Set: -

\xe2\x80\xa2 A basic understanding of methodologies and approaches in conducting risk and regulatory strategy reviews, gap analysis, and impact assessments
\xe2\x80\xa2 Analytical thinking, project management skills and ability to develop innovative approaches \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting and contributing to team development
\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong domain knowledge as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR payroll, production, legal and statutory compliances
\xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness and efficiency
\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantage
\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge about MS office and ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Should be able to manage a team.
